Visit Booth #2510 to learn about cutting-edge pump technology for mining applications from NETZSCH experts

NETZSCH Pumps North America and their German headquarters NETZSCH Pumps & Systems, will be highlighting its NEMO® progressing cavity pump and Dewatering Skids at the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME) Annual Conference & Expo 2017, taking place February 19-22, 2017 in Denver, Colorado. The NEMO progressing cavity pump, to be displayed in Booth #2510, is ideal for wear-intensive applications such as those present in the mining industry.

NEMO progressive cavity pumps are known for their continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any process fluid without being affected by fluctuations in pressure and viscosity. The pump is available in eleven styles with four rotor/stator geometries and a selection of engineered joints that can be tailored to suit specific applications. Conveyance volumes can be configured in proportion to rotation speed, with high dosing precision over the entire rotational-speed range. They are an integral part of Dewatering Skids.

Ask about the self-priming, valve-less TORNADO T2 positive displacement pump. It offers maximum operational performance, high reliability and durability, ease of maintenance, and a low total life cycle cost. With a revolutionary design that has been recently reengineered to maximize uptime, the TORNADO T2 pump, features metal lobes running inside a metal housing with an elastomer liner.

Only elastomer and metal component surfaces interface within the pump during the entire pumping cycle, eliminating the excess wear and heat generated from elastomer-to-elastomer contact found in traditional rotary lobe pumps.

NETZSCH pumps for the mining industry are capable of pumping abrasive, dense, viscous, and aggressive media, including slurries with very high solids content. These pumps reduce the cost of wear and save time on maintenance in slurry transfer, thickener underflow, dewatering, wastewater treatment, explosive metering, and other mining industry applications.
