The project aims to build a bridge and liquefied natural gas terminal.
The project will convert the Yellow Sea bridge from a two-way, two-lane bridge into a two-way, four-lane bridge.
A universal trestle will ensure acceptable standard wastewater runoff to the sea in the Harbor Industrial Zone.
Two liquid bulk berths, with a total throughput capacity of 1.43-million tons a year, will be built in the liquefied chemical terminal, with ships berthed on both sides.
