The project team aims to procure the services of a consulting firm, which specialises in conducting prefeasibility studies (PFS) for a variety of leisure attractions, to assist with a theme park PFS in the Muldersdrift area and recommend, based on its expertise, which of the identified sites are most suitable for a theme park development.
The purpose of the study will be to gauge the need, viability, infrastructure requirements, product offering and packaging, potential market support, forecast usage, costs, benefits and multiplier effects of a world-class theme park within South Africa.
