The project involves the construction of a 139 MW, baseload power plant, comprising seven gas-fired engines.
The electricity produced will be exported through Mexico to Guatemala, delivering an estimated 950 GWh/y of electricity to the Empresa Eléctrica de Guatemala and Energuate.
To reach the target, the baseload power plant will run at full capacity 24/7.
