Mine development company NextSource Materials has appointed CrossBoundary Energy (CBE) to build, own and operate the plant over a 20-year term.
Project Description
The hybrid plant will comprise a 2.6 MW solar photovoltaic facility, a 1 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) and a 3.1 MW thermal facility (diesel generators).

Latest Developments
Earthworks and civil construction at the mine site are progressing according to schedule and will be ready for the arrival of the processing plant and auxiliary buildings in June 2022.
