The project involves the expansion and modernisation of the Midor refinery near Alexandria, Egypt. It aims to improve the production quality of the plant, considered the most advanced on the African continent, by increasing its refining capacity from 100 000 bbl/d to 160 000 bbl/d of crude oil.
