Project Description
The project aims to establish a reliable global supply of life-saving diagnostic and therapeutic isotopes for patients worldwide.

Once complete, the 4 000 m2 facility will be home to eight of SHINE’s accelerator-based medical isotope production systems, capable of producing more than one-third of global demand for the life-saving medical isotope, molybdenum-99.

Potential Job Creation
SHINE currently employs more than 90 people and expects to hire about 60 more before the completion of the facility.
