The government of Lesotho has invited contractors from Africa and Arab countries for the bidding to execute the Maseru Peri-Urban water supply project, phase 2.

The works will include the supply and installation/construction of 5,2 km of transmission lines of ductile iron pipes of 100 mm and 200 mm; 218 km of PVC-O and HDPE pipelines of 32 mm up to 315 mm; 4 500 of water house connections, 60 km HDPE pipelines of 25 mm and 32 mm; a reinforced concrete reservoir of 3 600-m3 capacity; a new pumping station; a new booster pumping station and a steel reservoir of 250-m3 capacity.
