All seasons’ singer and composer Mahlatze Vokal strikes a high note of self-composed Madiba song during 67 Blankets event. Last Sunday at Nelson Mandela Park, Steyn City Gauteng, Mahlatze Vokal walks on the ground with warmth of Knits.
Mr. Vokal took a center ground and delivered a warm heart and wool rendition from his own Madiba song titled Freedom. The song speaks about unity and it salutes Nelson Mandela, people’s hero and Father of the nation. Mahlatze wrote the song just before Mandela’s death and wishes Madiba was still alive to hear the song. Mr. Vokal believes the song will continue serving and unite all race.
