A range of locally produced turbos are currently being exported to customers in the US, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Designed by the founder and CEO of TurboDirect SA Chris Kambouris, the new turbos have been thoroughly evaluated, assessed and tested, with outstanding feedback from customers overseas and locally.

“Our new locally designed and assembled bolt-on upgrade for all popular VW - Audi 2 litre models, (provides) power levels of 450 hp, 550 hp and up to 700 hp in dual ball bearing guise,” said Kambouris.

Regarded as the ultimate performance turbo kit for the Golf 7 R, Golf GTI and AUDI S3 models, the company highlights that it has had an overwhelming response from both local and overseas customers, with a large number of sales and enquires received as soon as the product was launched.

“Basically, there is nothing like this Turbo kit from any manufacturer, it is unique and a special product from TurboDirect SA for various design reasons. This bolt-on replacement unit will convert the car into a unique speedster producing up to a mind-blowing 700 hp with various power options in-between,” affirmed Kambouris.
