Services offered by Bencor include the design and manufacture of custom-built power pack units, general overhauls of hydraulic equipment, and modifications and retrofitting services for power packs and pumps. It also offers hydraulic circuit design services, damage analysis, oil analysis, repairs and services of hydraulic equipment and technical service consultations.

Specialising in plate working machines, Norcast SA operates throughout Southern Africa and offers services ranging from machine sales to the distribution of manufactured specialised hydraulic, electronic and mechanical equipment. It is also the sole distributor of LVD plate working machines in South Africa, including laser cutting systems, punch presses, press brakes and guillotines.

Walch Engineering has been operational since 1964 and is recognised as one of the largest hydraulic and mechanical press builders in South Africa. It specialises in manufacturing hydraulic, mechanical and custom-built presses.

The company’s hydraulic presses, including C-frame, H-frame and four-column models have build capabilities ranging from 250 kN to 50 000 kN and its mechanical presses, including C-frame, H-frame and transfer presses have build capabilities from 1 000 kN to 8 000 kN.

Walch Engineering boasts a fully equipped workshop and toolroom, outfitted with a comprehensive range of machinery and specialised equipment including the GMC3028L 5-axis gantry CNC milling machine. Its technicians specialise in repairs, refurbishments and servicing of hydraulic and mechanical presses, rounding off the company’s full-service offering.
