Project Description
The project involves the two-phase development of a shopping centre near Onverwacht, in Limpopo.
The first phase of 15 800 m2 was opened, fully let, in November 2012, with a bouquet of 30 leading retailers. Anchor tenants include Game, in a 4 200 m2 store and Checkers in a 4 100 m2 store.
The mall includes parking for 982 cars and 13 motorcycles and four bays reserved for disabled shoppers.
Plans for the second phase are already advanced, which will double the mall’s size to 32 000 m2.

Phase 1 cost R170-million.

The first phase of the mall was opened in November 2012.
