Project Description
The project involves the construction of Uganda’s second international airport.

The airport will have a 45-m-wide, 3.5-km-long runway, a 60-m-wide parallel taxi way, parking aprons of 125 000 m2 (enough for four large aircraft), a control tower, a 3 240 m2 cargo terminal and a 240 000-ℓ-capacity fuel storage facility, as well as road and parking facilities.

In a second phase, an expanded passenger terminal will be established.
