This article has been supplied as a media statement and is not written by Creamer Media. It may be available only for a limited time on this website.

At Masslift Africa service excellence is embedded in our DNA.

That's why we are excited to officially launch our Service App. A New Way for Customers to Book Services, Log Breakdowns and Track Jobs.

This changes the way we can service customers who buy new forklifts and those who hire forklifts from us.

The Service App brings us closer to our goal of becoming the best forklift service provider in the world.

What does the Masslift Africa Service App Do?

The Masslift Africa Service App will give existing and new clients a distinctive way to handle the servicing and maintenance of their forklift.

Customers will be able to:

  • Download the App from Android or IOS.
  • Log breakdowns by running through a quick breakdown wizard and attaching photos of the problem on site.
  • Book a service using the service booking wizard at the customer’s convenient date.
  • Track the progress of any breakdown or service booking.
  • Get live job updates and messages straight from our service control room.
  • Log monthly forklift hours.

How Does The Masslift Africa Service App Benefit Our Customers?

We understand that our customers are unique and therefore have unique requirements or preferences. The Masslift Africa Service App provides an alternate option to interact with us and it also provides the ability for our customers to track the service process real-time and provide a rating once the job is complete. Constant feedback from our customers provides Masslift Africa an opportunity to enhance the experience to ensure that any interaction with us is always a positive one. Customers can still phone in and deal with a service controller. The service controller will then log the job and the customer will get updates on their phone.

"Our goal with this Service App was to create the least friction possible for our clients. We give them access to the App and from there the process is pretty self-explanatory. If customers do get stuck we have created a helpful video which guides them through all the App's features. We truly believe the Service App will help our customers save time and reduce their forklift down-time", says Marco Caverni (Managing Director)

How Can You Get Access to the Masslift Africa Service App?

Existing Customers

The Area Manager or Service Controller for the relevant area will give access and walk the customer through the quick and easy process.

New Customers

New long term rental and outright purchase customers will be loaded onto the App when they take delivery of their new forklift. The Area Manager or Service Controller for the relevant area will give access and walk the customer through the quick and easy process.

At Masslift Africa we are always looking for new ways to provide even better service. We have more features that we are developing for the upcoming year coupled with feedback from our customers, the Service App will further enhance our customer experience.
