Standard nuts, bolts and other cold-forged special fasteners manufacturer Impala Bolt & Nut, which has a 7 500 m2 facility at 48 Nagington road, in Wadeville, Germiston, has been in existence since 1988.

Impala manufactures and supplies a vast range of fasteners and allied products – from commercial to high-tensile nuts and bolts for a diverse range of applications in the construction, engineering, automotive, industrial and mining industries.

As a specialist manufacturer, the company sources material directly from ArcelorMittal. Material is spheroidised, or annealed, pickled and phosphated, drawn to diameter, forged, heat-treated, coated, packed and delivered.

Impala Bolt & Nut’s products are cold-forged on high-end machinery by technical experts, allowing the company the flexibility to offer standard and specialised services tailored to suit each job application. All products are manufactured according to strictly measured processes, which consistently ensure a high level of quality and accelerated lead times from design to delivery.

Impala Bolt & Nut has a sound quality management system in place that has ISO9001:2008 certification status to ensure constant conformity and efficiency in its processes, demonstrating its commitment to quality standards. It recently secured several large contracts to supply fasteners in the construction, energy, mining and transport sectors.
