Project Description
The project entails the construction of a hypermarket in Tula, which is 190 km south of Moscow.
The store will have a standard layout, with 10 500 m2 trading space and 70 to 80 cashier points. The total building area will be about 24 000 m2, which provides space for food preparation and auxiliary facilities, a storage area, a food court and a shopping gallery leased out to small commercial tenants.
The store will also feature an open parking area for more than 1 000 vehicles.
