Total Eren and Province Resources have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to undertake a feasibility study on potentially developing a major green hydrogen project.
The project is proposed to be developed in two stages totalling up to 8 GW in installed renewable capacity.

Province Resources will raise A$18-million in a share placement to professional and sophisticated investors to fund scoping and feasibility studies at the HyEnergy zero carbon hydrogen project.
The company will issue about 120-million shares at 15c each under its existing placement capacity.
Province and Total Eren previously signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to potentially develop a green hydrogen project in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia.
Under the terms of the MoU, the partners will complete a scoping study on the project and are targeting the execution of definitive agreements within the next four months.
