Project Description
The Honda Motor Company plans to build a new 25 ha test course and a mega solar system, with a capacity of 10 MW a year, on its property in the city of Sakura, in Tochigi prefecture, Japan.

The 70 000-solar panel power system will be installed on a 33 ha plot. Further, as a part of its effort to conserve the natural environment, Honda is also planning to build a biotope on the property to which members of the local community will have access.
