Project Description
Enerji and its subsidiary, ATEN Operations, have entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Northern Star.
The PPA will result in Enerji supplying and installing a 1.5 MW heat-to-power plant at Northern Star’s Jundee power station, which will capture waste heat and convert it into useable power.
The capture and conversion process will not produce any emissions and will substantially increase the efficiency of the power station.
The project will involve the installation of Enerji’s advanced thermal energy Node 4 plant, comprising a 750 kW wet steam turbine and 750 kW Rankin cycle turbine.
