Project Description
Phase 1 of the Hashesha project involves the establishment of a 1.4-million-tonne-a-year cement factory, near Addis Ababa.
The plant’s future development plan includes an option to double the capacity to 2.8-million tonnes a year.

The project is expected to be completed towards the end of 2014.
