Project Description
The project entails the development of a new industrial development comprising 30 000 m² of light industrial space across nine sites.

Phase 1 of the project entails bulk infrastructure construction. The development will provide contemporary light industrial spaces tailored for warehousing, cold storage, distribution and other ancillary industrial activities.

The warehousing solutions will encompass spaces spanning from 300 m² to 10 000 m², with particular focus on design, which will incorporate a variety of features such as varying heights from 10.5 mto 15 m. The development will include solar photovoltaic infrastructure; water augmentation solutions will be included in the development framework.

R400-million.

Planned Start/End Date
The start of Phase 1 is scheduled for the end of September or early October 2023.
