Project Owner/s
Scatec will own 51% of the equity in the project, with H1 Holdings, Scatec’s local black economic-empowerment partner, owning 46.5%; and the Grootfontein local community trust 2.5%.

Project Description
The project will involve the construction of three solar power plants with a combined capacity of 273 MW, resulting in the abatement of 630 000 t/y of carbon dioxide.
