Project Description
The project entails the construction of the world’s biggest commercial-scale production facility of carbon nanotubes. The project will have an initial production capacity of 2 500 t/y of carbon nanotubes and, once completed, will be capable of producing up to 7 500 t/y.
GC3 will use emissions from the facility alongside C2CNT technology, a carbon conversion solution that transforms emissions into highly valuable carbon nanotubes.
Carbon nanotubes, similar to the ones produced by the C2CNT process, are stronger than steel and lighter than aluminium.
