Client
OOO Yuzhno-Probskiy GPP, a joint venture (JV) between Gazprom Neft and Sibur, and the owner of the Yuzhno-Priobskaya compressor station.

The partners plan to process associated petroleum gas and produce refined products according to their stakes in the JV. Sibur will sell its share of dry gas to Gazprom and buy the company’s share of natural gas liquids.

Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new GPP, with an associated petroleum gas processing capacity of 900-million cubic metres a year. The processing facility is designed to have a liquids recovery ratio of at least 95%, in line with global practices.

The GPP project will include the establishment of infrastructure to handle and store natural gas liquids and the modernisation of the pipeline to deliver dry gas to the transmission pipeline.
