Project Description
The project will involve the construction of a mixed-use development comprising two hotels with a total of 350 rooms, 8 000 m2 of retail floor space, 180 residential units, 35 000 m2 of office space and 2 000 parking bays, with a public space linking all these components. The 80 000-m2 development includes four premium-grade office towers, a six-star boutique African Pride hotel, a four-star hotel for the Arabella Starwood group, three trendy residential apartment blocks and a convenient retail component. This will be underpinned by a three-level superbasement, which will provide secure parking.

Duration
The project will take five years to complete, with the first phase of the project expected to begin in November 2008.
Client
The project will be developed by South African company Madison Property Fund Managers, together with Swish Properties. Redefine Income Fund is the main shareholder with partners, which include the Namibian company and the United Africa group.
