Project Description
The project involves the construction of a 420 MW dc, or 320 MW ac, solar project in Utah.

The Four Brothers project is expected to produce enough electricity to power more than 90 000 homes.

Value
The total $650-million financing package fully funds the project for completion and long-term ownership.

Duration
The project is under construction, with an expected commercial operation in mid-2016.

Latest Developments
SunEdison signed a definitive agreement in August this year with Dominion, one of the largest producers and transporters of energy in the US, thereby establishing a JV for the Four Brothers project.
