Project Description
The project involves the construction of a 861 240 m2 complex, which will comprise a shopping centre, hotels, serviced apartments, offices and a tower that, at 350 m high, will be the tallest building in Shenyang. The 115 000 m2 Phase 3A comprises a 104 000 m2, 265-m-high, 67-storey serviced apartment tower and an 11 000 m2 three-storey linked retail podium. The development will be located above five levels of underground parking and building support areas.
