Project Description
The project involves the development of four high-rise residential buildings, named after celebrated astronomers – Newton, Kepler, Galileo and Cassini.
Newton and Kepler are ten and 11 storeys high respectively, Galileo is 12 storeys high and Cassini 16 storeys high.
The precinct will have active and relaxation parks and swimming pools, a gym and an outdoor running track.
It will also feature a club house, private dining rooms and entertainment areas.

The project is estimated at R1.25-billion.
Planned Start/End Date
The broke ground on August 29, 2019.
The first phase of the project, comprising the Newton and Kepler towers, is scheduled for completion in mid-2021.
The second phase development – the construction of the Cassini tower – will be completed about nine months after the completion of the first phase.
The third phase development – the construction of the Galileo tower – will be completed nine months after Phase 2.
Latest Developments
About 16 000 m3 of the 32 000 m3 bulk earthworks are done.
