Gazprom Neft and the Vietnam Oil & Gas group have signed a framework agreement establishing the terms of the Gazprom’s proposed acquisition of a stake in the Dung Quat refinery and the refiner’s planned modernisation programme.
Gazprom will acquire a 49% share in Bihn Son Refining & Petrochemical, which controls and manages the refinery.

The parties are negotiating the price of the stake.
