The project entails the complete rehabilitation of three Francis turbines and generators, including dismantling, supplying, installing and testing the new equipment.
Apart from the embedded parts, all major components will be replaced by new equipment.
The modernisation will increase the output of the hydropower station from 64 MW to 75 MW and substantially enhance reliability and safety.
