Digital solution for audit and certification processes
Audit and certification services provider JC Auditors (JCA) has partnered with French software company Viasyst to introduce an online platform aimed at streamlining the management of audit and certification processes.

- Eradication of the need for email exchanges and update prompts, offering clients a channel of engagement, real-time status updates and direct communication through the platform.
- An intuitive interface that simplifies client interaction with the audit process. Clients can access documents, monitor progress, and engage with auditors.
- Auditors can capture images of operational data and create graphical representations of audit outcomes.
- Clients can access performance metrics and audit results. This transparency enables clients to proactively manage risks and provides assurances of a data-driven approach.
- The platform offers mobile accessibility, including offline functionality. Auditors can upload audit data, including photos, directly from mobile devices. For instance, national fleet managers can access images of vehicle conditions across multiple depots for prompt evaluation and informed decision-making.
