Project Description
The giant Coral discovery, made in May 2012 and outlined in 2013, proved the existence of a high-quality field of Eocenic age with excellent productivity. It is estimated to contain an estimated 16-trillion cubic feet (TCF) of gas in place, wholly located in Area 4.

The project includes the development of the first phase of development of five TFC of gas in the Coral discovery. The discovery is located in water more than 2 000 m deep and about 80 km off the shore of the Palma bay, in the northern province of Cabo Delgado.
