Italian heavy duty pumps and dredging equipment manufacturer Dragflow is a world player in pumping solutions and puts a strong focus on the continuous development of its design and manufacturing activities.

Tsurumi Pumps, which distributes Dragflow pumps and equipment in Sub-Saharan Africa, says the launch of a remote-controlled mini dredge series has put the Italian company at the forefront of efficiency in dredging technology.

The remote-controlled mini dredge series is said to be safer as no humans are needed onto the barge. According to Dragflow, these dredges have a production capacity of up to 100 m3/h, a discharge distance of up to 300 m and a working depth of up to 20 m.

“The Dragflow team constantly works to find new technological solutions for improving performances of its products and optimising sustainable operations,” the company states.

Dragflow dredging equipment is widely used in underwater excavation and dredging activities. Dragflow pumps are designed to work in shallow seas, or fresh water areas, as well as in deep-water applications.
