Company Announcement: Sinetech appointed Grid -Tie Inverter distributor for Steca Germany
This article has been supplied.
With immediate effect Sinetech is appointed to supply, guarantee and when necessary service all Steca Grid-Tie inverters in Southern Africa. Sinetech situated in Randburg South Africa is now in the position to supply this highly efficient inverter range directly from the factory which means faster service, better pricing. Sinetech will also provide full technical support for this very reliable inverter system ‘Made in Germany’. The StecaGrid series was specifically designed for small to large domestic and commercial solar installations. The new coolcept-x series is designed for outside installation. We are so sure about the proven reliability of these inverters that we can supply all units with a 5 year standard and a 7 year extended warranty.
The following ‘coolcept’ inverters are now available from Sinetech:
StecaGrid 1800 1ph StecaGrid 2300 1ph StecaGrid 3010 1ph StecaGrid 3000 1ph StecaGrid 3200 1ph StecaGrid 4200 1ph
StecaGrid 8000+ / 3Ph StecaGrid 10000+ / 3Ph StecaGrid 20000 / 3Ph StecaGrid 23000 / 3Ph
The most efficient Solar Grid Inverters in the World
Inverters with ‘coolcept’ :
The peak efficiency of this world record device is 99.1 %. Based on EU benchmarks, the device achieved an average efficiency of 98.7 % over the entire power range. The series devices achieve peak efficiencies of up to 98.6 %. This means that ‘coolcept’ inverters are the most efficient single- phase inverters available on the world market.
The advantages of coolcept :
coolcept is cool
Clever switching design ... Use of proven standard components Reliability
coolcept is cold
Highest efficiency ... less heat dissipation
coolcept is efficient
Highest efficiency ... maximum yields
coolcept is long-living
Less heat dissipation ... longer service life
What does this actually means for the user? Higher efficiency means higher yield, more power produced from the solar array, more power send back into the grid or used by you and more money made or saved!!!
Reliability and Lifespan contra cost in solar installations?
A solar system which is calculated to last at least 25 years and to recover your large investment in the shortest time possible requires the following:
A high quality “A” grade solar panel manufactured by a proven and established company with a proven track record providing at least a 10 year product warranty and a 25 year linear performance warranty in writing.
The same has to apply to the inverter supplier, which must have inverters with the latest technology, the highest yield, a minimum of a 5 year warranty and a proven track record in performance and reliability. A local service backup is absolutely necessary.
An engineering / installation company which is experienced in design and installation providing the best possible advice in choosing the right peripherals such as mounting systems, solar suitable cable, monitoring systems, combiner boxes and the correct choice of MPPT controllers.
Only then can you confidentially say that your solar system has a chance to last for 25 years and will produce the calculated yield predicted. Of course cost is one consideration, but performance and reliability must be another.
Many installers falling into the trap of using cheap and unproven components, often provided by a suspicious component supplier either out of ignorance or to make a quick buck The consumer will be the one, who is left with an inefficient, not easy solvable and very costly system problems.
How good is it if the solar panels lose 20 – 30% yield in the first 2 -3 years and have to be replaced long before their calculated lifespan? At a first glance they all look the same from the outside. Do they? A cheap solar panel is not always a good solar panel; there are major differences which will determine the long term success of your solar installation.
How good is it if your inverter fails 3 times a year and has to be replaced eventually?
How good is it if, with the slightest disturbance, your system is damaged as no or inferior
protection devices was installed? (For example lightning is a major killer of solar systems).
How good is it if your installation falls apart after a few years as an inferior mounting structure or cables were used and the entire system has to be redone.
How good is it if your batteries only last 1 - 2 years instead of 5, 10 or 20 years? etc.
What is more cost-effective in the end?
That’s why it is very important to take some time, do some realistic comparisons and choose the right supplier with experience, who is capable to recommend the right components and specifically the right inverter system for you, in short, a company you feel comfortable with.
