Energy Bolts complements the company’s other business divisions, Energy Metals, Energy Valves, Energy Export and Energy Projects,” according to EEP Business Development Director, Graham Whitty. In mid-2012, specialist manufacturer and supplier of fastener solutions, UK based Hydrobolt Limited, appointed EEP as their partner in South Africa. Hydrobolt Limited manufactures, stocks, distributes and exports hot forged and bar turned, fully traceable, high integrity special alloy fasteners, petro-chemical grade studbolt assemblies and machined components.

“Our business is built on a sound long term relationship with Hydrobolt Limited (UK)  and the two companies share synergies of quality products, superlative service and a strong customer-focus,” explains Graham. “EEP product solutions include pipe, fittings, flanges, round bar, hex bar, angle, flat bar, heat exchanger tubing, valves and fasteners. We receive many enquiries for special alloy fasteners and it is therefore a natural progression to expand into a range of fasteners. We are in the process of building stock of standard grade fasteners, including our fast moving commodity B7 grades. We are well positioned to offer an extensive range of special grade fasteners, such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Super Duplex, Durehete, and coated items in PTFE and Xylan.
