The project will increase production capacity at Cemex’s plant, located in Colorado, Costa Rica, by 25%, reaching a capacity of 1.1-million tons a year by 2017.
Included in the project is the construction of a new grinding mill and several capacity-enhancing projects on Cemex’s clinker production line.

The total investment is estimated at $35-million.
