Project Description
The project involves the construction of a modern high-tech oil-refining catalyst production facility in Omsk.
Total annual production capacity is estimated at 21 000 t comprising 4 000 t/y of hydrotreatment catalysts, 2 000 t/y of hydrocracking catalysts and 15 000 t/y of cat-cracking catalysts – all of which are used in key secondary refining processes in the production of Euro-5 motor fuels.
