The project involves the construction of a 450 000 m2 state-of-the-art exhibition and conference complex, in Nasr city, in the greater Cairo district. It will house a major international exhibition and conference centre, a business hotel, an office tower and a shopping mall.
Value
The project is estimated at $600-million, of which the Export-Import Bank of China will provide $200-million to fund the project.
Duration
The project is scheduled for completion in 30 months.
