Project Description
The project entails the development of an 18 700 m2 office project in Century City, Cape Town, to meet the demand for office space in the Bridgeways precinct.
The project will be the second-largest office development undertaken at Century City to date and will be built in two phases.
The development will comprise two four-storey green buildings – Bridge Park East and Bridge Park West – on a high-profile site on Ratanga road. The building will encompass glazed and aluminium-panelled facades, large balconies, enclosed private forest spaces and basement parking.

R450-million.
Duration
Construction of the first block, Bridge Park East, is expected to start by the end of 2013 and be complete by early 2015.
The timing for Bridge Park West will be determined by market demand.
