Leading stainless-steel supplier ENERGYMetals is expanding its product range to include instrumentation fittings and tubes. Renowned for its expertise in stainless steels, ENERGYMetals has consistently met customer needs from its extensive stock holding and through direct imports from its global supply chain. This strategic move responds to keeping up with industry demands, allowing ENERGYMetals to offer expanded solutions for projects in different industries.

Instrumentation fittings and instrumentation tubes are important components in the field of process instrumentation and control systems. They are responsible in ensuring accurate measurement, control and monitoring of various industrial processes.

Instrumentation fittings are specialised connectors designed for use in instrumentation and control systems. They are used to connect different components such as sensors, transmitters, valves and tubing in a way that ensures a leak-tight and reliable connection.

To ensure the success of the expansion, the company has appointed Richard Ntini as its new sales specialist in instrumentation fittings and tubes. With his wealth of experience and dedication to customer satisfaction, Ntini serves as a trusted advisor, guiding ENERGYMetals’ clients through its extensive

range of products with expertise and insight. Mr Ntini embodies EMVAfrica’s commitment to excellence and quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers.

Instrumentation Fittings:

These fittings are designed to withstand elevated pressures and maintain a secure connection between tubes, offering reliability and safety. Thread fittings, a prominent category within high-pressure tube fittings, facilitate easy installation and disassembly, enhancing the overall efficiency of fluid handling systems. Grade 316 stainless steel is suitable for its corrosion resistance and durability.

Instrumentation Tube:

The instrumentation tube specified is crafted from ASTM A269 seamless stainless steel, ensuring high-quality performance and corrosion resistance. The material used is Grade 316L, known for its excellent corrosion resistance in various environments, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications. The specified sizes range from metric dimensions starting at 4 mm to imperial sizes starting from 1/8 inches.
