Project Description
The Bay West City project is a ‘city within a city’, which is expected to be developed over the next 15 years and will comprise retail malls, office parks, residential nodes, private schools and associated sports facilities, hotels, a hospital complex, a motor city and a light industrial precinct, as well as a lifestyle centre.

Phase 1 of the development involves the construction of an 85 000 m2 regional shopping centre, the Bay West mall, which will include a high-street styled promenade, office complexes, retail and secure residential precincts, as well as a 25 000 m2 hospital precinct.

For ease of access, four main entrances will be constructed and double-level structured parking will surround the mall, providing ample parking close to the entrances.
