Project Description
BASF plans to build a world-scale NPG plant with production capacity of 80 000 t/y. This will boost BASF’s global NPG capacity from 255 000 t/y to 335 000 t/y.

NPG is used in the production of powder coating resins used in the construction industry and for the coating of household appliances.

Other applications for NPG include the manufacture of lubricants, plasticisers and pharmaceuticals.
