Another high-profile appointment at Regenesys Business School

In yet another high-profile appointment, Regenesys Business School is delighted to announce its appointment of well-respected former public servant, Mr Alvin Rapea as Partner: Corporate Education, effective 1 February 2022. His role will be business development with a focus on the public sector and state-owned enterprises.

Mr Rapea brings with him a vast wealth of experience from the public sector. He holds a BCom degree from the University of Limpopo, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HR) from Wits Business School, a Diploma in Labour Law from the Graduate Institute of Management and Technology, and a Foundations of Executive Coaching from the University of Cape Town.

He is a respected expert in strategy, organisational development and change management, industrial relations, public service reform, transformation, and policy analysis and development. With over three decades of senior and executive management experience in the public sector, Mr Rapea has worked for a number of Government departments and state-owned enterprises such as the South African Police Service, as Secretary; Department of Public Service and Administration, as Acting Director General; and a number of other leadership roles at the Development Bank of South Africa, Eskom and Business Against Crime South Africa.
