American Lithium upsizes private placement

TSX-V-listed American Lithium has increased the size of its private placement to $35-million to accommodate investor demand.

The company will now offer 13 208 000 units at $2.65 each.

American Lithium previously planned to offer 7 548 000 units for gross proceeds of $20-million.

The gross proceeds of the offering will be used for exploration and development of the TLC project, in Nevada, as well as the Falchani and the Macusani projects in Peru.
