New exchange 4 Africa Exchange (4AX), has appointed Lindiwe Ndlela CFO and Anthony van Eden COO.

Ndlela, who joined the exchange in July, has extensive experience in the information and communications technology, manufacturing and engineering industries.

Van Eden, who joined 4AX on August 1, took the reins from Desmond Mahony.

Van Eden has extensive operational knowledge of the financial markets and will be responsible for implementing the exchange’s strategy, as well as the day-to-day operations.

“We are thrilled to have both Lindiwe Ndlela and Anthony van Eden join the 4AX team, where their individual years of experience and new ways of thinking will add great value to the business and position it for significant growth as we continue to focus on contributing to developing and deepening the local capital markets,” says 4AX CEO Fay Mukaddam.
