Engen has graduated 21 newly qualified artisans who completed a three-year apprenticeship programme combining workplace training at the Engen Durban Marine Terminal with classroom instruction. The cohort includes seven electrical, seven mechanical fitting and seven instrumentation artisans, with 11 of the 21 graduates being women, representing more than 50% of the group.
