Renewable-energy solutions provider Scatec.

Scatec was awarded a 25-year power purchase agreement with Tunisian State utility Société Tunisienne de l'Electricité et du Gaz in January 2026.

Project Description
The project will support Tunisia’s ambitious renewable-energy targets and enhance the country's energy security and entails the construction of a 120 MW solar power plant.

Capital Expenditure
€80-million, which will be financed by a combination of nonrecourse debt and equity. Scatec is further in dialogue with selected financial institutions for debt financing of the project.

Financial close is expected in the first half of 2027.
