Accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), Regenesys Business School is proud to officially announce that from January 2023, it will offer a four-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree through the newly established Regenesys Law School. The degree will provide robust training for legal practice and produce top-notch legal professionals. The emphasis on ethics, personal purpose and spiritual and emotional intelligence are what sets the Regenesys LLB degree apart from other institutions’ offerings.

Covering a broad range of fields in law, this Bachelor of Laws degree is aimed at students who have a passion and interest in law and wish to practice or enter any field within the legal sphere. 

Our expert faculty consists of well-respected, highly experienced legal professionals with diverse backgrounds in the legal sector, having worked at the most prominent law firms, colleges, government institutions, NGOs, and companies.   

This degree aims to develop legal competencies required for employment in business, government, or non-profit sectors, or for embarking on entrepreneurial ventures. The degree will also allow graduates to enter any profession that requires intellectual rigour, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and business acumen.  

Students wishing to apply for the degree need to be in possession of a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) level 4 (Senior Certificate) qualification, endorsed with admission to a bachelor’s degree. The admission of an applicant will be subject to the applicant’s acceptance of all academic regulations. Acceptance to a learning programme at Regenesys will constitute automatic acceptance of all requirements and regulations at Regenesys.
