The project will be a one-storey enclosed commercial precinct, comprising retail outlets ranging between 70 m2 and 850 m2, two major food and dry goods anchor retailers of 3 500 m2 each, and a building supplies area of about 4 500 m2.
The project will also include an extensive car park, with landscaped gardens.
