Clean TeQ Water

Clean TeQ Water is a water treatment technology company specialising in solutions for industrial and mining applications. The company is headquartered in Australia and operates internationally, providing advanced water purification and resource recovery systems. Clean TeQ Water focuses on continuous ionic filtration and resin-based technologies that enable the treatment of challenging water streams, including those with high salinity, heavy metals and other contaminants. The company's systems are designed to recover valuable materials from wastewater whilst producing high-quality treated water for reuse or discharge. Clean TeQ Water serves sectors including mining, lithium extraction, municipal water treatment and industrial processing. In the mining sector, the company has developed direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology that allows lithium to be recovered from brine resources more efficiently than conventional evaporation methods. The technology is particularly relevant to lithium projects in regions such as Argentina's lithium triangle, where brine deposits are abundant. Clean TeQ Water has partnered with major mining companies to deploy its systems at commercial scale. The company was established as part of the Clean TeQ Holdings group, which later restructured to focus its water technology business separately from its mining interests.
